Two weeks ago, we shared the key features we foresee for the MDR/DAC6 solution together with an online survey. We are grateful and pleased with the responses we received.
One of the features is related to the assessment Cross Border Arrangement (CBA): “Using a questionnaire, we will check for specific hallmarks linked to the main benefit test. The solution should offer a “preparer” role for the initial assessment and a “reviewer” and “sign-off” role for the final assessment.”
