Transfer Pricing Specialist - Junior
TaxModel’s TPnext team is looking for a junior TP specialist, who can contribute to the TP documentation and benchmarks workflow.
Our TPnext Team
TPnext is our fulfilment team that provides technology-enabled Transfer Pricing services. The team takes care of transfer pricing compliance needs of large multinational organisations, applying best-in-class TP practices when it comes to quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Our TPnext team consists of 7 colleagues and will be growing, with you, to 9 FTEs. This is a new position and we are looking for 2 colleagues to join us in this role.
Job Description
As our Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will first be trained to operate all our transfer pricing software solutions and participate in the functional testing of our solutions. As soon as you understand the basics of our solutions you will start working for several multinational clients mainly headquartered in Europe.
This means that your main tasks and responsibilities will be to prepare TP documentation and perform benchmark studies for multinationals in various industries operating worldwide.
Depending on your interest you might also:
- Help demonstrate and train tax professionals to our transfer pricing and tax reporting software solutions.
- Advise on transfer pricing issues and – to some extent – on international tax issues. You learn on the job, together with a senior colleague and/or external tax advisers.
- Provide support to the clients’ financial staff in all kinds of tax and transfer pricing related questions.
- Implement TP policies.
- Communicate and attend meetings with internal and external parties; clients, colleagues, local tax authorities and external tax advisers. This can either be online/in our office or at the location of the client.
- Participate and provide TaxAcademy courses for TP specialists.
What we are looking for
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience with preparing TP documentation and/or performing benchmark
- You have excellent writing and communication skills in English, and Dutch is an advantage but not a must.
TaxModel is ambitious and eager, but also gives you flexibility. That’s why we are open to part-time roles and to facilitate partly working from home, when you’re not at our office in Den Bosch. We do not sponsor non-EU applicants.
