Sales Department
Our Sales team is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join us. As part of the Sales and Marketing Department, you’ll be crucial in extending our global reach. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build a robust process and sales pipeline.
Job Description
- Actively engage with new and existing leads through creative communication strategies (LinkedIn, email, telephone, online demos, etc.) to increase customer interest in our solutions and generate sales-qualified leads.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from marketing campaigns, transforming them into sales-qualified opportunities for the account executive team.
- Participate in targeted sales and marketing campaigns, making outbound calls to potential clients and target accounts.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Navigator to identify and track key prospects, detecting movements of key personas in accounts that could open doors to potential prospects.
- Manage and meticulously track your activities and results in our CRM system, HubSpot, providing weekly status reports and feedback to Sales and Marketing management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and think about commercial inbound and outbound strategies.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of our solutions to customize and personalize engagements based on the roles and industries of the prospects.
- Participate in regular networking opportunities such as fairs, events, and meet-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new target groups and prospects, generating outbound lead opportunities.
- Manage the Sales Development Pipeline as well as the Marketing Lead Pipeline.
What are we looking for:
- Based in the Netherlands and within an hour’s travel to our office in Den Bosch.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and results-oriented work approach.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to be part of a global team.
- Ability to work 32-40 hours per week.
- Motivated to extend our client base and company.
